Having only formed in December 2009, The Ash Hunt and Dave Drake Quintet have produced some of the finest Jazz for their age among the south of Britain. Consisting of National Youth Jazz Orchestra (NYJO) musicians the group has re-introduced Jazz among both their contemporaries and the General Public.

Their repertoire spans over the entire 20th Century ranging from early jazz right through to contemporary jazz - making them ideal for any occasion. The Quintet has played pubs, hotels, jazz clubs and weddings re-establishing the timeless music into the 21st Century.

In spite of their ages, the individual musicians have a wealth of experience and will surely become the future faces of jazz
