SOUS CHEF REQUIRED

 

The Hen and Chicken are currently recruiting for a experienced Sous chef to join our ever expanding business.

This fantastic opportunity has arisen for a enthusiastic chef that has a passion for working with fresh food and local produce to join our kitchen team.

The successful candidate will need to be able to support our Head Chef in the day to day running of the Kitchen, including ordering, stock taking and G.P control as well as help plan our main menus, daily changing specials. You must be able to show excellent customer service skills, be a team player but also able to work alone. You must be competent at running a kitchen in the head chef’s absence.
